Overview

FTI is seeking a talented SharePoint Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team supporting the Army's Artificial Intelligence Integration Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and Refine Private TEAMS Site with open and restricted channels.
  • Maintain and Refine TEAMS SharePoint Environment (Internal) - Direct access to:
    • Team calendars (i.e. Activities, Battle Rhythm, Visits)
    • Serve as the source for onboarding and staff operational/administrative activities across multiple departments, policies, SOPs, weekly task orders, etc.
    • Maintain links to external information, orders, organization charts, contact information, and strategies.
  • Maintain and refine SharePoint On-line: Communication Site (Army-Wide) that promotes the organization’s mission, collaborative activities, and programs that support DoD and Army AI technology strategies. Pages include organization Mission and Goals, Leadership, AI Understanding, AI Educational Opportunities, AI Symposiums and Events, and AI Ethics (TBP) located within the enterprise, this site will contain all completed actions that support the execution of the organization’s Mission.
  • Operate, develop, and maintain 365 environment on Impact-level 5 (IL5) platform
  • Attend AI2C KM working groups
  • Operate, develop, and maintain 365 environment on IL6
  • Identify existing Performance/Knowledge gaps through day-to-day support activities, personal experience, and client discussions/engagements.
  • Design potential KM solutions and/or COAs to correct existing or anticipated performance/ knowledge gaps that affects organizational performance for client consideration and approval.

Additional Responsibilites for the role:

  • Part of the team to help coordinate Army Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) Taskings.
  • Support Operations Taskings, including all SIPR focused taskings.
  • Provide support in coordinating for the Operations Calendar.
  • Track organization-wide events.
  • Manage, set-up, and schedule meetings.
  • Input and manage data in Army systems to ensure personnel meet Army readiness, training, and operational requirements
  • Manage mandatory training status of organization including coordination and tracking.
  • Other Administrative duties, as assigned.

Education/Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active U.S. Dept. of Defense Secret Clearance (minimum) with the ability to maintain.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience with Office 365, TEAMS and SharePoint.
  • Preferred experience working directly with Military customers.
  • Must be located within a commutable distance to report to our customer site at Bakery Square in Pittsburgh, PA.
