We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Mission Voice Communications at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) on Schriever Space Force Base, CO. This role supports voice and data network systems essential to missile testing operations across DoD, NASA, and international ranges. The candidate will configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot voice/data communications systems, while contributing to technical documentation and system administration. A mission-first attitude, professionalism, and a strong sense of integrity are essential.
A main function of this role requires periodic deployment to forward locations in support of mission voice communications aboard Missile Defense Agency vessels, the Pacific Collector and/or Pacific Tracker. Mission durations vary based on customer test schedules and may change on short notice.

For this role, the annual compensation range for candidates in Colorado is ($75K-$115K + overtime) *.
*Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
