Overview

FTI Services provides cost-effective computer support, network design and implementation, and software solutions to businesses of all sizes. This person will support customers based out of our Ventura Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Responsible for use of company or own vehicle for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations.

Education/Qualifications

  • 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success.
  • Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:
  • Windows Server Platform
  • Microsoft Active Directory Platform
  • Microsoft Active Directory Platform
  • Microsoft SharePoint Server
  • VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

For this role, the compensation range for candidates in California is ($50k - $78k) .  Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
