We are hiring a full-time seasoned RF/EW Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert-level guidance and support in the field of Radio Frequency (RF) and Electronic Warfare (EW). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing RF and EW solutions for our clients. This position demands a deep understanding of RF and EW technologies, a proven track record of success in relevant projects, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leading authority on RF and EW technologies, encompassing radar, communication systems, jamming, electronic countermeasures, and signal processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create RF and EW solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Offer expert advice to clients, addressing their specific RF and EW challenges by providing strategies, technologies, and tactical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging RF/EW technologies, actively contributing to the company's research and development initiatives.
  • Supervise the testing and assessment of RF and EW systems, ensuring they meet performance standards and security criteria.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training to help them enhance their RF/EW expertise.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of RF and EW projects, including technical specifications, test results, and project reports.
  • Foster strong client relationships by comprehending their needs and delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Support up to 20% CONUS and OCONUS mission travel.
    • Trips range from a few days to up to 4 weeks at a time

Education/Qualifications

Required:

  • Active U.S. Dept. of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in RF and EW, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF and EW principles, systems, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to support up to 20% CONUS and OCONUS mission travel. 
    • Trips range from a few days to up to 4 weeks at a time

Preferred:

    • Active U.S. Dept. of Defense TS/SCI clearance.
    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
