  • Program Control Consultant
  • Senior Program Management Manager
  • Program Control Principal
  • Program Management Team Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Program Control Consultant:
    • Participate in planning, tracking, and reporting on various project types and sizes.
    • Implement financial policies, cost/schedule baselines, WBS, RLNs, and budgets.
    • Perform Earned Value methodology and variance analyses.
    • Provide input and cost volumes to management.
    • Exhibit exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
    • Develop and apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
    • Solve complex problems with high ingenuity and innovation.
    • Resolve operational program issues and ensure effective achievement of objectives. 
  • Senior Program Management Manager:
    • Plan, track, and report on various project types and sizes.
    • Implement financial policies, cost/schedule baselines, WBS, RLNs, and budgets.
    • Interface significantly with Project Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel.
    • Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
    • Collaborate with senior management on strategic plans and objectives.
    • Establish operational objectives and assignments.
    • Develop solutions for highly complex problems requiring high ingenuity and innovation. 
  • Program Control Principal:
    • Deliver programs to customers or manage tasks within larger programs.
    • Ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance per contract requirements.
    • Manage program baseline and execute compliance.
    • Handle risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage dynamic program needs.
    • Identify significant variances and establish corrective actions.
    • Lead large program staff, including subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Guide internal cross-functional teams and develop program-specific tools.
  • Program Management Team Manager:
    • Deliver programs or manage tasks within larger programs.
    • Ensure compliance with technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
    • Define and manage program baseline.
    • Handle program risk, customer relationships, and staffing.
    • Contribute to planning, developing, and implementing program baseline.
    • Identify minor variances and coordinate corrective actions.
    • Manage medium-sized program staff, including subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Conduct financial discussions within cross-functional teams.
    • Use standard processes, procedures, and tools with program-specific modifications.
    • Resolve minor program issues.

Education/Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must possess an Active security clearance (Top Secret or TS/SCI), and be located in or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO, El Segundo, CA or Huntsville AL.
  • 10 + years of experience working in at least one of the following roles:
    • Program Control Consultant
    • Senior Program Management Manager
    • Program Control Principal
    • Program Management Team Manager

For this role, the compensation range for candidates in California is ($97,811.00 - $240,593.00).

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors (including the specific role) and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
